Absolutely. You’ll add me directly as your accountant in QuickBooks Online, which gives me secure, limited access. No need to share personal logins.

Do you offer historical cleanup as part of setup?

Setup includes opening balances and recent data. If you need historical cleanup (beyond 12 months), that’s available as an add-on service.

What if my business has special needs (nonprofit, multiple locations)?

That’s no problem. For nonprofits, I set up classes and reporting by funder/program. For multi-location businesses, I configure location tracking. I’ll customize your setup to fit your operations.
